How to track your crackers order
Every order placed with Vedizone gets a unique order number beginning with VC, shown on your confirmation screen and printed on your invoice. To see live status, enter that order number along with the mobile number you used when placing the order, then press Track Order. Your order then moves through four stages — Order Placed, Processing (your crackers are being packed), Shipped (handed to a registered transport service) and Delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Because online sale of firecrackers is restricted under the 2018 Supreme Court order, our team confirms each order over WhatsApp or phone before despatch. Once confirmed and packed, orders are sent through registered, legal transport service providers and typically reach most locations across India within 3–7 working days, depending on your distance from Sivakasi and the season. During the Diwali rush, please allow a few extra days and book early to avoid delays.
Can't find your order?
Make sure the order number is typed exactly as it appears on your invoice (including the VC prefix) and that the phone number matches the one used at checkout. If it still doesn't appear, your order may have been placed over WhatsApp or phone — in that case, message us on WhatsApp with your name and order details and we'll share the latest status right away.
